The warmer weather of last week also gave these Rockets a perfect opportunity to take their learning outside!
We’ll go live on Facebook tomorrow at 10:00 am for our 2nd Connections Drawing. Hope you can tune in!
Last week our third graders were encouraged to sketch some of their favorite Star Wars characters as a part of The Force is with You Day. Students shared some of their beautiful and creative work. Have fun staying connected!

DK has been studying gardens and how things grow. While exploring the letter W, students examined one our best garden helpers-WORMS. They formed W's out of them, created their own wormeries and mini-composts at home, and observed how worms actively tunnel.

Even though we are learning in new and different ways, we're still working out our brain muscles in math. Second graders are becoming better mathematicians each day!

Due to the extended Stay Home Stay Safe Order we will not be holding curbside enrollment for Kindergarten Registration. Please visit https://www.reeths-puffer.org/o/rps/page/kindergarten-information--8 for online registration and contacts for questions.
Fourth grade students were challenged to be creative when answering the question: What can you make with a pencil?

We want to encourage and celebrate ongoing connections. Connect with your teacher each week and your name will go into a drawing for free stuff. This week, one winner from each grade level will be picked for a FREE pizza from Rocket Pizza. Please do your best to stay connected!
It's Teacher Appreciation Week. Please connect (remotely) with your teachers and show them how much they mean to you.

Many have inquired about retrieving items from lockers that didn't make it home prior to the shutdown. At this time, we must keep the building closed. As soon as the Governor relaxes the "stay home" order, we'll structure a safe plan for locker clean-out/item retrieval.
Teachers have put together a Spirit Week to make this week of the shutdown a little extra fun and special. Please see details under the News section. Share your photos throughout the week! Enjoy!
Please see recently added information regarding ideas for exercise and nutrition under the News section of Central's site. Stay healthy and well!
A link to an updated resource page for shutdown engagement opportunities has been added to the News section. Resources have been organized by grade level and content area.
Happy at home learning!
