Congratulations to the Reeths-Puffer High School Choirs on their Excellent performances for the MSVMA Virtual Choral Festival!

All four of the Reeths-Puffer High School Choirs (Madrigals, Vocal Fusion, Rocket Men's Choir, and Rocket Ladies' Choir) received Excellent/Division 1 ratings for their performances.  The RPHS Choirs were prepared to perform at District Choral Festival on March 12, but due to COVID-19, the festival was cancelled the night before the event.  Despite this disappointment, the RPHS Choirs were able to record their songs through Dave Loring Video Productions in hopes of preserving and sharing their music with family, friends, and the Reeths-Puffer community .

The RPHS Choir recordings were submitted to the MSVMA Virtual Choral Festival for ratings and comments in late April, and they were also integrated into two state-wide virtual concerts called the "Stay Home, Stay Safe, Stay Singing," extending our Choirs' video viewing far beyond our West Michigan area.

The Reeths-Puffer High School Choirs and their director, Regina Schlaff, would like to give a special thank you to Dan Beckeman for making the video recordings and submissions possible.  Another thank you to WMU student director, Shannon Kelley, and RPHS Accompanist (and RP Alumni) Lisa Ziemelis.  Also thanks to Dave Loring Productions, Skyler Kilcrease, Ashton Bahr, and Trent Klairter for their efficient on-the-fly recording assistance in the Rocket Center Auditorium.
