Squaring off against Mona Shores, the 7th grade Rockets played extremely hard but simply couldn’t overcome one big scoring run they gave up to the Sailors in the 3rd quarter. The team was led by the solid play of the trio of JaMichael Williams, Garrison Niklasch and Hank Mitchelson. Williams had ten rebounds to go with his eight points while Hank Mitchelson led the way with eleven points. Niklasch provided energy for the Rockets on both ends of the court with six points to go with eight rebounds. Javan Terpstra added four points while Christopher Hussey had a bucket of his own.
