The girls get reminded of executing offense in the post-game speech.
Despite continued shooting troubles and the tough concept of spacing on the offensive end, the Lady Rockets put together enough on defense to pull out their first win of the season against an aggressive Holland team. Jersi Bilek led all scorers with eight points while adding three steals to go with three rebounds.  Emma Lamphere also put in some good minutes with her five points, four rebounds and two steals. Hope Latsch led the defensive attack with a whopping seven steals. Mallorie Messer and Sara Carlson also frustrated the Dutch back court with five combined steals. Keeley Cole also chipped in a pair of hustle rebounds in the team effort. The Rockets will continue to work on that pesky spacing issue as they look to improve with each game.
