7th Grade Basketball Began the Season
The season began very slowly for the Rockets’ offense after getting off the bus at Hudsonville. The inexperienced 7th graders were a little rattled by the early offensive output by the host Eagles; however, they began to settle in behind the strong play of Marvin Moore’s 19 points, Ethan Frang’s three rebounds and some tough defense by Kristian Brown. Unfortunately, they just couldn’t muster enough to topple a very good Hudsonville squad. They hope to regroup in time to travel to Holland on Tuesday.
