The Rockets battled against the West Ottawa Panthers yesterday on their home field. The Rockets received the opening kickoff and put together a methodical 70 yard drive that ate up the entire 1st quarter and ended with a 15 yard TaCarri Rule touchdown. After a missed point after attempt, the score was 6-0. West Ottawa quickly responded with a kick return for a touchdown, followed by a successful point after attempt leading to an 8-6 halftime score. The second half proved to be an even matchup where both teams were able to move the ball down the field, but not able to come away with points. The final score was RP 6, West Ottawa 8. The Rockets travel to Zeeland Cityside Tuesday for their final game of the season.
