The 7th grade volleyball team had a quad at Mona Shores this Saturday. The girls got a lot of play time in and had lots of fun. In the first round, the Rockets took on Mona Shores and won in three games. Scores were 25-23, 20-25, and 15-11. Ace serves for this game included Emma Lamphere 10, Carlee Bowen 3, Ellie Talamantez 2, and Abby Hill 1. The second game was against Hudsonville and although the girls played tough, it was not enough for the win. Scores were 12-25, and 24-26. The third and final game was against Zeeland Creekside. The girls pushed three tough games and came up a little short in the third for a sad loss. Scores were 25-12, 21-25, and 13-15. Ace serves for this game were Emma Lamphere with 4, Abby Hill with 1, Maya Vandenbosch with 2, and Abby Machinski with 3.
