The Running Rocket Boys had a tough race Wednesday in the wind and rain on our home course at the Meijer Trail. Kye Grant won the race with a personal record time of 11:24!!! Jamie Neel took 2nd with a 12:42 on the 2 mile course. Daniel Dunn, Gage Bouwman - who also set a personal record, Beckett Mathes, Dylan Sturr and Conner Anderson all scored for the close tie race of 52-52.
The Lady Rockets ran their best race yet, and WON! Jersi Bilek took 3rd and set a personal record with 14:19! Right behind her was Ellery Berndt and Gracie Callender, both setting PRs with 4th and 5th places. Grace Tindall and Hope Latch finished strong also setting PRs and gave the Rockets the low winning score of 35! Way to be tough Rockets!
