The Reeths-Puffer girls soccer team got a chance to show off its offensive skills with an easy 12-0 victory over Muskegon on Thursday.
Six different Rockets scored in the game, with Josie Hopkins, Wren Tryska and Kira DeMol leading the way with two goals apiece.
Ashlyn David, Mallorie Messer and Layla Giles each scored once.
Jaslynn Kops had three assists for R-P while Ashley Bradley, Payton Ohs and Kailynn Russell each had two.
Wren Tryska: 2 goals, 1 assist
Messer and Tryska each had one assist.
Reeths-Puffer is now 6-4-1 overall and 3-2-1 in O-K Green conference play.
"I thought the girls played very well together and did an amazing job of getting everyone involved and keeping everyone involved," said R-P head coach Kody Harrell.
"We talked about really just focusing on our decision-making and control of quick passing in tight areas, and they did a great job with that. No matter who you’re playing, if 11 of your 12 goals are assisted, I think that tells how well the girls played together. "
The Rockets will host Caledonia next Tuesday, then will travel to Mona Shores on Thursday and Fruitport on Saturday.
