The Reeths-Puffer girls bowling team broke through with a big O-K Green conference win on Tuesday.

The Rockets, with a young and developing roster, have struggled for most of the season, but that was definitely not the case in a 28-2 victory over Byron Center.

R-P started out strong, winning the two baker rounds, 156-100 and 158-98. The Rockets also won the two baker bonus points and took a 10-0 lead.

The success continued in the first regular game, which R-P won 678-617.
