The Reeths-Puffer boys bowling team returned to its winning ways, and evened its conference record, with a 30-0 victory over Muskegon on Wednesday at Northway Lanes.

The Rockets bounced back from a conference loss to Jenison on Monday and improved to 3-2 overall and 1-1 in the O-K Green standings.

The Rockets grabbed a quick 10-0 lead by sweeping both baker games - 199-58 and 168-66 – and winning the two baker bonus points.

R-P added four points by winning the first regular game 863-427, and five more when Liam Copenhaver, Karsen Boeskool, Ryleigh Beebe, Carter Hekkema and Tanner Bahr won their head-to-head matchups in the game. Copenhaver bowled the high score of the night with a 255.

The Rockets completed the sweep with an 825-456 victory in the second regular game, with individual wins from Copenhaver, Boeskool, Beebe, Hekkema, and Colten Geisler.

The team will now be off until Saturday when it hosts the Reeths-Puffer Invitational at Northway Lanes.rrr
