The young Reeths-Puffer girls bowling team, which is still gaining experience, showed some potential last week in a 25-5 loss to Zeeland East.
The Rockets started out very well, tying Zeeland East in the first baker game and winning two points. They came close in the second baker game, falling three pins short.
R-P was swept in the first regular game. Destini Villalpando bowled a 143 game to lead the Rockets.

The Rockets bounced back to earn three points in the second regular game. Villalpando, Kylie Riner and Sam Cryderman won their head-to-head matchups, each earning one point for the team.
Cryderman had the high score with a 161 game.
The Rockets are idle over the Christmas holiday but will return to action on Monday, Dec. 28.
