But now the Rockets have suddenly scored 15 goals in the last three games, including Tuesday’s 8-0 victory over Muskegon in an O-K Green conference matchup.

They also scored five on Saturday in a 5-0 victory over Grand Rapids Northview. Reeths-Puffer has now won three games in a row and is 10-3-3 overall and 4-2-1 in the conference standings.

Leading the Rocket attack against the Big Reds were Carson McCollum and Cohen Beck, who scored two goals apiece.

Also finding the net with single tallies were Owen Ritsema, Zac Sousa Sampson, Blake Kiel and Kaleb Fowler.

Ritsema, Kiel and Landon Nash each had two assists.

“I am really excited to see what we can do in October when we’re at full strength, healthy and playing with a high level of confidence and grit,” said R-P head coach Kody Harrell.

The Rockets will host Caledonia in a conference matchup on Thursday.
