Freshman Raquel Walker had a great day for the Reeths-Puffer girls track team on Wednesday, taking first place in two events in an O-K Green conference meet against Muskegon and Jenison.
Walker won the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.20. Teammate Addison Mitchelson finished second in that event.
Walker also won the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.88, and took second place in the long jump.
R-P's Jersi Bilek won the 800-meter run with a time of 2:29.

The Rockets' 4x200 relay team of Bilek, Ivanna Kass, Mitchelson and Melana Johnson took first with a time of 1:52.26.
The 4x100 relay team (Kass, Mitchelson, Johnson, Amani Starr), the 4x400 team (Darcy Keefe, Rhylie McBride, Sophia McCollum, Ma'Kaia Riley-McGuffey) and the 4x800 team (Charli Belinger, Adrienne Fluette, Sophia McCollum, Bilek) all took second place.
The girls team beat Muskegon 76-46 and lost to Jenison 93-34.
The R-P boys team did not win any events against Muskegon and Jenison, but had several athletes who performed well.
Dalton Radosa took second place in the shot put.
Two R-P relay teams - the 4x200 (London Rankin, Marvin Moore, Emcee McLaurin, Cole Piper), and the 4x800 (Matthew Grimard, Samuel Perez, Niilo Katajisto, Dylan Sturr), took second place.
The boys team lost to Jenison 121-16 and Muskegon 76-55.
