Both Reeths-Puffer track teams fell to Caledonia on Tuesday, but several runners and relay teams won their events and posted their best marks of the season.
Caledonia won the boys' meet 90-47 and the girls’ meet 116-21.
“Both our teams are fairly young and are slowly learning that good things will come, but that they are earned through hard work, and consistent efforts — they are not given,” said R-P girls girls ooach Parker Aerts.
“They are learning a lot about the fundamentals and that the small details matter — recovery, nutrition, hydration, and showing up each day with a positive attitude, eager to learn and improve.”
