The Reeths-Puffer baseball team was dominant on Tuesday night, sweeping O-K Black Conference opponent Muskegon in a doubleheder, 17-1 in Game 1 and 15-0 in Game 2.

Drew Brooks picked up the win on the mound in the first game for Reeths-Puffer, striking out five and allowing no hits in two innings of work.

Jack Yonkman pitched the final inning of the game and struck out two.

Offensively, Trent Reichert paced the Rockets with two hits and three RBIs while Ethan Frang and Landyn Wilson each had one hit

In Game 2, pitchers Colton Bessinger and Jayden Wiseman combined for a three-inning no-hitter.

Wiseman struck out three in one inning of work while Bessinger struck out two in two innings of work.

Holden Earnest and Caiden Theisen each had two hits to lead the Rockets offensively while Cade Paugh and Quinn Alderink each had one hit.

The Rockets, now 8-3 overall and 6-2 in conference play, will visit Muskegon in a single game to complete the series on Thursday.
