Drive-Through “Send-Off to Summer”
To celebrate the awesome year we’ve had together, all students/families of Central Elementary are invited to a drive-through parade this Wednesday, June 10th, from 6:00-7:00 pm. The event will take place in the parking lot between Central and R-P Middle School.
Staff will be positioned on the sidewalk and grassy medians (predominantly to the right side of your vehicle) following the appropriate social distancing measures from one another. Feel free to decorate your cars with anything fun, and include your child’s name and their teacher if you can.

In order to host and operate a successful event, social distancing and other safety measures must be followed by everyone involved. Please see the bullets below outlining expectations:
This is entirely a drive-through event. All families are asked to remain in their vehicles at all times.
Please refrain from congregating in the parking lot/on campus before, during, and/or after the parade.
Please follow the established route and exit safely onto Giles when you’ve finished through the parade.
I sure hope you can set aside Wednesday evening to celebrate the year, provide closure with and for your Central family, and send our students off to the summer in a safe and fun way!
