As a new group of students prepares to begin high school, a few recent Reeths-Puffer graduates took time to share advice they wish they had known as freshmen.
From reminders to be yourself, ask for help, and choose the right friends, to encouragement about getting involved, staying on top of schoolwork, and stepping outside your comfort zone, their advice offers an honest look at what can make the high school experience meaningful.
The messages shared by these graduates are a reminder that high school is about more than classes and grades. It is also a time to grow, try new things, build friendships, and learn more about who you are.
To the incoming freshman class: your Rocket journey is just beginning. Take it one day at a time, get involved, work hard, and make the most of the moments ahead.
