Malaina Eilers, daughter of Patrick and Frances Eilers, is graduating number three in the Class of 2025. She has a weighted grade point average of 4.405. During high school, Malaina played girl’s varsity tennis and was a member of the Spanish Club, National Honor Society, and Leadership Class. Outside school, she has been on the Performance Dance Team Relevé and volunteered at The Kids Food Basket. She has been awarded an Honors Scholarship from Michigan State University along with Merit Scholarships. Malaina plans to attend either the University of Michigan or Michigan State University, where she plans to eventually become a physician assistant.

Anahi Ramirez-Murillo
Valedictorian of the Reeths-Puffer High School Class of 2025 is Anahi Ramirez-Murillo. Anahi is the daughter of Sonia Sanchez. She has a weighted grade point average of 4.572. During high school, Anahi was a member of the National Honor Society and STATS. She was also a member of the Spanish Club throughout high school. Anahi received an Affiliate Honorable Mention Award for the 2025 Aspirations in Computing Award from the National Center for Women and Information Technology. She plans to attend the University of Michigan to major in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology, hoping to pursue a career in anesthesiology.

Gavin Wright
Salutatorian of the Reeths-Puffer High School Class of 2025 is Gavin Wright. He is the son of Bryan and Tina Wright. Gavin has a weighted grade point average of 4.571. He is a member of the National Honor Society and SeaPerch Robotics Club. Gavin has played soccer, where he has earned All-Conference and All-District, played lacrosse, and is a College Board AP Scholar. He also works part-time as an assistant teacher at Winter Sun School. Gavin plans on attending a four-year university to dual major in mechanical and aerospace engineering before pursuing a graduate degree in an engineering-related field.

Austin Freed
Graduating number four in the Class of 2025 is Austin Freed. Austin is the son of Jim and Brenda Freed. He has a weighted grade point average of 4.397. Austin is the Student Council President, Debate Team President, and National Honor Society President. He is on the Youth Executive Committee for STATS, PBIS, and Safe Routes to School and a member of the Youth Advisory Council for the Muskegon Community Foundation. Austin participated in Columbia University and Harvard University’s pre-college program for high school students. Austin has been awarded the AP Scholars Award. Austin plans to study economics and political science at Columbia University before law school to become a corporate lawyer.

Rowan Bluhm
Rowan Bluhm, daughter of Ronnie and Kelli Bluhm, is graduating as number five in the Class of 2025. She has a weighted grade point average of 4.373. Rowan has been the National Honor Society Secretary, Student Council Treasurer, and Rotary Interact Secretary. She has also been a member of the Leadership Team, IMPACT, STATS, Debate Team, Law Day, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Rowan has received the Society of Women Engineers Certificate of Merit from Michigan Technological University. She has been on the girls' golf team, where she was senior captain, named All-City her sophomore through senior years, and All-Conference her junior and senior years. Rowan participated in the Callaway Meijer Junior Golf Tour, played high school and travel softball, and played girls’ lacrosse. She has been on the girls' bowling team, where she was awarded all-conference her senior year and honorable mention as a junior. Rowan has received all-state academic awards in golf and bowling. She plans on attending Albion College, where she was accepted into the honors program, the Gerald R. Ford Institute for Leadership in Public Policy and Service Program, and has received the presidential scholarship. Rowan will play golf while majoring in biology with a minor in Chemistry as part of the Lisa and James Wilson Institute for Medicine in the pre-dental program to eventually become an orthodontist.

Adam Miller
Adam Miller is graduating number six in the class of 2025. He is the son of Bill and Debbie Miller. Adam has a weighted grade point average of 4.359. He has been a four-year member of the varsity tennis team, where he has been senior team captain, earned academic all-state, and was city champion. Adam has been a four-year programmer for FIRST Robotics Team M.A.R.S., where he earned an Innovation in Control Award. He is a member of Reeths-Puffer’s First Priority Club and volunteers for STEAM Along the Lakeshore. Adam has received the AP Scholar with Distinction Award, Grand Valley State University’s Presidential, and Laker Lane Scholarships, and he took third place in the Michigan Governor’s High School Cyber Challenge. He plans to attend Grand Valley State University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in computer science to establish a career in embedded programming.

Madison Snyder
Madison Snyder, daughter of Mike and Amanda Snyder, is graduating as number seven in the class of 2025. She has a weighted grade point average of 4.302. Madison is the senior class president and vice president of the National Honor Society. She is a member of the Leadership Class and the Spanish Club and volunteers at The Kids Food Basket. Madison has played high school softball, where she has earned all-conference, all-district, all-region, and all-state, and she also played travel softball for Folds of Honor. She was the team captain of the varsity volleyball team and earned academic all-state. Madison has been awarded the Trustee Merit Scholarship and an athletic scholarship to play softball at Siena Heights University, where she plans to study nursing.

Adeline Moyer
Graduating number eight in the Class of 2025 is Adeline Moyer. She is the Daughter of Luke and Lindsey Moyer. Adeline has a weighted grade point average of 4.294. She has been a member of the Dungeons and Dragons Club for four years and is involved in the National Art Honor Society. Adeline has received several Excellence Awards from the Muskegon Museum of Art Expressions Exhibit, and she is an AP Scholars Award recipient. She volunteers outside of school, working on events and projects related to Reeths-Puffer High School’s various concerts, plays, and musicals. Adeline plans on attending college to become an art teacher and someday work in an art studio.

Ella Siembida
Ella Siembida is graduating number nine in the Class of 2025. She is the daughter of Paul and Susan Siembida. Ella has a weighted grade point average of 4.286. She has played school and club volleyball and school and club soccer, where she has been the team captain and was awarded the Rocket Character Award. Ella has also been a member of the Reeths-Puffer Band and Marching Band, where she has been a section leader. She is a member of the National Honors Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She served as a youth ambassador for the 2025 National Catholic Youth Conference and works part-time at Northside Pub. Ella plans to attend a four-year university to obtain a bachelor of science degree and then later attend a master’s program to become a physician’s assistant.

Lauren Matz
Lauren Matz, daughter of Joe and April Matz, is graduating tenth in the Class of 2025. She has a weighted grade point average of 4.254. Lauren is President of the high school choir program, where she has received several division one ratings in Choral Solo and Ensemble. She is a member of the National Honors Society and the varsity tennis team, where she won the city championship for doubles in 2024. Lauren has participated in the Reeths-Puffer High School musicals all four years of high school, and she is also a mentor for the Penguin Project of Muskegon Civic Theatre. She plans on attending Michigan State University to study psychology.
