TOP TEN GRADUATES

ALEXANDRIA KUERTH
Valedictorian of the Reeths-Puffer High School Class of 2024 is Alexandria Kuerth. Alexandria is the daughter of Joseph and Katina Kuerth. She has a weighted grade point average of 4.42. Alexandria is a member of the National Honor Society, IMPACT Team, Spanish Club, and Rotary Interact. She has been involved in tennis and volleyball, along with girls’ lacrosse, where she earned Academic All-State. Alexandria has received the AP Scholar Award and the NMU Merit Scholarship. She plans to attend Northern Michigan University to study medicine and become a pediatrician.

MEGAN ADAMS
Salutatorian of the Reeths-Puffer High School Class of 2024 is Megan Adams. She is the daughter of Tim and Lesley Adams. Megan has a weighted grade point average of 4.38. She has been President and Vice-President of Rotary Interact, Student Council Secretary of her Junior and Senior classes, a member of National Honor Society, and a member of Ski Club. Megan was awarded a certificate of Merit from Michigan Technological University in 2022. Megan plans to attend Michigan Technological University to study Engineering, where she has been awarded the Presidential Scholarship and Leading Scholars Award.

BRENNA ACKERMAN
Brenna Ackerman, daughter of Kenneth and Rebecca Ackerman, is graduating number three in the Class of 2024. She has a weighted grade point average of 4.37. Brenna has participated in bowling and soccer all four years of high school, and she serves as President of the National Art Honor Society. She is a recipient of the AP Scholar Award and the Muskegon Promise. After attending Muskegon Community College, Brenna plans to attend Ferris State University to earn her bachelor’s degree.

MCKENZIE BAZZETT
Graduating number four in the Class of 2024 is McKenzie Bazzett. McKenzie is the daughter of Ron and Robin Bazzett. She has a weighted grade point average of 4.36. McKenzie is involved in the National Honor Society, Ski Club, competitive dance, and she volunteers at Prince of Peace Church mentoring 3-6 year-olds. She has been awarded the Michigan Seal of Biliteracy, the AP Scholar Award, and the NMU Merit Scholarship. McKenzie plans to attend Northern Michigan University and pursue a degree in medicine, eventually becoming a pediatrician.

ALLISON MCMANUS
Allison McManus, daughter of Duane and Shannon McManus, is graduating number five in the Class of 2024. She has a weighted grade point average of 4.31. Allison has played junior varsity and varsity volleyball where she was awarded Most Valuable Player her freshman year and Honorable Mention All-Conference her sophomore year. Allison has been awarded the Founders Scholarship at Ferris State University where she plans to study Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

JAMES FANSLER
James Fansler is graduating number six in the class of 2024. He is the son of Tim and Jenny Fansler . James has a weighted grade point average of 4.31. He is a member of the National Honor Society and Student Council. James is a three-year Captain of the soccer team, where he has been recognized with All-Conference and two times All-District. He has also played basketball and lacrosse. James has received a Congressional Nomination to attend the Naval Academy. He plans to attend a college preparatory school prior to attending the United States Naval Academy to pursue a degree in engineering.

AIDEN MCCOLLUM
Aiden McCollum, son of Duane and Nicole McCollum, is graduating number seven in the class of 2024. He has a weighted grade point average of 4.29. Aiden is a member of the National Honor Society and PALS. He has participated in both soccer and track. Aiden enjoys volunteering at his church with Children's Ministry and coaching his sister’s soccer team. He plans to attend Hillsdale College where he has been awarded the Merit Scholarship. Aiden would like to pursue a degree in mathematics and statistics to become an actuary.

TAYLOR BOONE
Graduating number eight in the Class of 2024 is Taylor Boone. He is the son of Jeff and Ellen Boone. Taylor has a weighted grade point average of 4.25. He has been a member of the Leadership Team at Reeths-Puffer High School and played basketball and soccer, where he was awarded Academic All-State and received the Coach’s Award. Taylor also has worked at the Muskegon Rescue Mission and volunteered with church food trucks. After graduation, he plans to attend Muskegon Community College to earn a degree in mathematics.

TRENTON REICHERT
Trenton Reichert is graduating number nine in the Class of 2024. He is the son of Nick and Jessica Reichert. Trenton has a weighted grade point average of 4.24. He is involved in the National Honor Society, IMPACT, Leadership Group, and PALS. Trenton has been a four-year varsity baseball player where he has earned All-Conference, All-District, and Academic All-State. He also played freshman football and freshman and junior varsity basketball. Trenton has received multiple Merit Scholarships and plans to attend either Ferris State University or Grand Valley State University where he plans to study pharmacy.

BRAYDEN ROSENCRANS
Brayden Rosencrans, son of Lisa Rosencrans and Aaron and Nikki Rosencrans, is graduating number ten in the Class of 2024. He has a weighted grade point average of 4.24. Brayden has been a member of the Rotary Interact Club and has worked at Michigan’s Adventure the past three years. After high school at Reeths-Puffer, Brayden plans to serve his country in the United States Air Force where he aspires to become an airplane mechanic.
