The 8th grade basketball team took on a good Hudsonville Baldwin team last night. The Eagles came out of the gates and took a quick double digit lead. The Rockets struggled early on but showed a lot of heart and battled back to cut the lead under 10 on a couple of occasions. Unfortunately, some breakdowns defensively and poor free throw shooting doomed any chance for a comeback. The team has some things to work on to get ready for their next game at Holland on Tuesday.
