Important Changes to Drop Off

Good Evening RPI Families,

Today went so well, that we are going to do the same for the rest of the week.  So, here is the email I sent out last night.  Please follow it for the remainder of the week.  After kids have been here for these 2 days each, we will move to having them report directly to their classrooms next week.

  So here is the revised plan for the rest of the week: 

  1. 5th grade students will enter either through door 1, 2 or 24 based on the key below.  Click Here for a Map of Door Locations

  2. Door 1: Mrs. Overway, Ms. Carter, Mrs. Peterman, Mrs. Coyne, Mrs. Ronning

  3. Door 2: Mrs. Skodack, Mrs. Kingma

  4. Door 24: Mr. Carter, Mr. Grant, Mrs. Hazard, Mrs. Marvin

  5. Students in Mrs. Overway’s, Ms. Carter, Mrs. Peterman, Mrs. Coyne, Mrs. Skodack and Mrs. KIngma will report to the GYM when they arrive.

  6. Students in Mr. Carter, Mr. Grant, Mrs. Hazard and Mrs. Marvin’s will report to the CAFETERIA when they arrive.

  7. Staff will be at the entrances to assist students to find these spaces.

  8. 6th grade students will report to their classrooms tomorrow and enter through the doors listed below: 

    1. Door 2: Mrs. Moore

    2. Door 5: Mrs. Niklasch, Mrs. Warren, Mrs. Walters, Mrs. Terpstra

    3. Door 6: Ms. White, Mrs. Jacoby-Yore, Mrs. Meekhof

    4. Door 7: Mrs. Jerome, Mrs. Fitzpatrick, Mrs. Dushane

A couple reminders:

  1. Masks are required at all times in the building unless it is a designated break. 

  2. Maintain a 6 foot distance when walking in the hallways

  3. Walk on the right side of the hallway
