7th Grade Lady Rockets Fall Late
After being knotted up at the end of the first quarter and down four at the half, the 7th grade Rockets simply could not find the basket in the second half against a very good Hamilton squad. Defense kept RP in the game all the way to the fourth quarter, but the visitors were just a bit too much. Mya Swain paced the Rockets with seven points and five rebounds while Savannah Lockwood chipped in five with a couple of timely buckets to keep the girls within striking distance including a big three-pointer. Jenna Terpstra added five rebounds while Kyleigh Bilek had two points to compliment a ton of hustle. Next up for the girls is a long road trip to Zeeland West.
