RP 7th Grade Drops Their Opener
Nerves got the best the 7th graders against rival Mona Shores in their season opener. Lack of spacing and aggressiveness slowed the offense while flashes of toughness on defense should leave them feeling optimistic as they put forth a great effort against a tough team. Mya Swain, Madison Ingersoll, Jenna Terpstra and Maddilynn Dyer led the team in rebounds as Kyleigh Bilek really led the team in energy. Seven Rockets got into the scoring column led by Kiera Ketner. Joining her were Terpstra, Dani Balaskovitz, Bilek, Savannah Lockwood, Ingersoll and Swain. The girls look to rebound on Monday at home.
