RP 7th Grade Squares Off Against the Dux
The 7th grade team traveled to Zeeland Creekside to take on a very talented and well-coached team. The Dux came out firing on all cylinders as they took an early ten point lead. The Rockets battled back to tie it up at halftime. Zeeland built an eight point lead but the Rockets made a nice eleven point run led by Brady Mitchelson and Trevon Totten. They never relinquished the lead as they hung on in the 4th quarter for a quality win. Mitchelson had six rebounds to go with his 21 points and was aided by teammates Ethan Muskovin and Elliot Schneider who chipped in twelve and eight respectively. Schneider also had eleven rebounds and Shaun Haley II led the defense with four steals. Come support your Rockets as they take on Hamilton on Thursday.
