The 7th grade basketball team kicked off their season last night with a tough win against a well-coached Mona Shores squad. Early execution by the Rockets gave them a quick lead that they never relinquished. Scoring by Elliot Schneider and Brady Mitchelson paced the offensive flow while the contributions of Trevon Totten kept the energy alive. Steady play in support was provided by the strong play of Ethan Muskovin, Lukas Johnson and Gavin Wright. Shaun Haley gave the Rockets a defensive burst to seal the game.
