Growth Mindset

The way that you think impacts the way that you behave. A fixed mindset is a belief that our intelligence, creativity, and ability are set at birth. In contrast, a growth mindset is the belief that ability can be developed. People with a growth mindset seek challenge, embrace failure, grow from feedback, and learn from the success of others. At RPMS, we are focused on helping students recognize their mindset patterns in order to reach their full potential. For more information, check out a Ted Talk at: https://goo.gl/ersmd5
