MS Athletics

The Lady Rockets traveled to Mona Shores last night to take on the Sailors in our second match of the season. The girls played tough and took 1 of the 3 sets. The scores were 19-25, 23-25 and 15-4. Hanna Potts had a 6 serve streak in game 1 while Chloe Brainard and Mya Swain each put down a kill. Madison Snyder defended the net with 2 big blocks. Aubree Wilks led the serves in game 2 with 5 aces. At the net, Alissa Klopp had 2 kills, Grace Darke had 1 kill and Ella Siembida had a block. Alissa Klopp racked up points for the Rockets with a 6 serve streak in game 3 with 3 aces and Madison Snyder player some awesome offense with 2 kills. Grace Darke finished serving for the Rockets with a 4 serve streak to win the game. The Rockets have our first home match today against Grand Haven Gold!
