Hey RPTLE Families!
You didn't think that we REALLY meant "see you later, alligator" did you? We are super excited to share our Summer Marvelous Monday "Spotlight Reader" challenge with you, starting on Monday, June 22nd.
Each Monday, a surprise teacher will send a video link your way on our Thrillshare account, which includes Facebook, Twitter and our website live feed. They'll read a favorite story and share a weekly challenge.
Here's what we're hoping. First, that you know how much we care about you. Second, that you're going to listen to and enjoy the story. Finally, that you'll participate in each weekly challenge, take a picture and bring it to school when we start again in the Fall.
All pictures that you take and bring in will be a part of our new entry wall~you know, the black wall with all of your feathers on it. We are looking forward to filling this space with your beautiful and smiling faces!
The video will be available to view after 7:30 pm each Monday night. (Sharing a little sneak peek with the link below.) We wanted to be sure that an adult could help you access it and that you could watch after a little dinner.
Remember, you are very special to us! And, we want you to see our faces, even if we can't see yours!
