Rockets Drop a Tough One on the Road
The 7th graders traveled to Muskegon and dropped a tough one on the road to a very talented Big Reds squad. RP led for the majority of the first half but gave up a big run at the end of the second and start of the third quarter and never could recover. The duo of Elliot Schneider and Brady Mitchelson led the way offensively with fourteen and thirteen respectively while Lukas Johnson also contributed big buckets. Improved defense led by Trevon Totten, Shaun Haley II and Ian Wright (with a big charge) kept the Rockets within range along with the rebounding of Schneider and Ethan Muskovin. The final game of the season is Wednesday home against East Kentwood Crestwood.
