Rockets hold off Hamilton
Sometimes the game of basketball comes down to the little things. The Rockets did enough little things to hold off a pesky Hamilton Hawkeye team Thursday night. The Rockets got off to a great start in the first quarter and took a 15 to 8 lead. Hamilton rallied back to tie the game at 20 at half. At that point the team knew they were in for a game. The team didn't do a great job of managing the clock late in the 4th but some key free throws by Jaxon Whitaker, Antrel Jones and Bryce Ross sealed the 41-36 victory. The team improved to 5-3. The team plays Fruitport at home on Monday. The team promises something special that you will not want to miss.
