Rockets Pull Away Against Hamilton
The Rockets were running on all cylinders against Hamilton on Tuesday night, and could seemingly do no wrong. The game was tight throughout the first half, the Rockets took a 25-17 lead into the locker room at halftime. The second half was a different story, as the Rockets turned up the pressure on defense and Hamilton had no answers. The Rockets pressed, and Hamilton wasn’t able to get anything going, forcing multiple third quarter turnovers. The Rockets pulled away in the third and cruised to a 53-28 victory. It was a well rounded win with multiple Rockets playing well. Jaylin Temple and Ethan Winters lead the Rockets in scoring with 10 points each. Temple also had 3 steals. Dre Williams was right behind him with 8 points, 3 assist, and 3 steals. Braden A.K.A “Wags” was big off the bench scoring 8 points and grabbing 6 rebounds. Tate Bradley drained a pair of 3’s, and Tajen Pannell was huge defensively, grabbing 7 rebounds and 3 monster blocks. Levi also drained a free throw for a bucket ;) The Rockets will look to continue building momentum as they are back in action tomorrow night at home .
