It has been my pleasure to serve as the Principal of Reeths-Puffer Intermediate School for the past 9 years.  We have a truly great learning community of staff, students and parents.

This is my 29th year in education and I have been most fortunate to be a part of  Reeths-Puffer Schools for the past 13 years.  My first four years were at the High School as Assistant Principal.  I initially began my career in Montague as the Director of Bands, where I later moved into the role of Assistant Principal/Athletic Director.  I received my Bachelor of Music Education degree from Eastern Michigan University and my Masters in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University.

My supportive wife of 27 years, Kathy, teaches at the Muskegon Career Tech Center and we have 3 children, Page, who attends Michigan State University, Emily, who attends Grand Valley State University and Aaron, who attends Reeths-Puffer High School.  When not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, running, skiing, attending sporting events, and riding our wave runners.
