I began my teaching career with Lansing Public Schools. I also taught at  Orchard View Community Schools, before coming  to Reeths-Puffer in 1992.  Before Central, I was at Twin lake Elementary and the Middle School.

Fun Facts:

I am a Muskegon native who graduated from Orchard View. I am married to a Reeths-Puffer graduate and have two daughters who also graduated from Reeths-Puffer. My husband's grandfather is Charles Reeths, one of the founders of Reeths-Puffer Schools. We have 2 cats, Merlin and Pippin. I am proud to be a rocket.

Educational Information

• Associate of Arts degree from Muskegon Community College
• Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State Colleges in Psychology/Special Education with certification in Mental Impairment, Emotional Impairment and Learning Disabilities
• Graduate work in learning disabilities from Grand Valley State University
• I am involved with continuous curriculum training at the Muskegon Area Intermediate School District

Personal Information

I spend as much of my spare time as I can with family. We love board games, going to the UP, and seeing live theater. I also enjoy acting in community theater, reading and music . Traveling is very appealing to me and I hope to do a lot of it in the near future. I also enjoy participating on a bowling league, but please don't ask for my average. :)
