DEPARTMENTS

 

Reeths-Puffer Schools is organized into five primary service departments.

• Administration - Central Office administration is made up of the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Staff Development, Special Education Director, Director of Assessments and State and Federal Programs, Finance Director and the Human Resources Director.  Our Finance Director is a shared position with Whitehall Public Schools.  In conjunction with the principals, program directors and supervisors, they work towards high standards in education and a safe and clean environment where students can learn.
   

• Business Office - The Finance Director manages a budget of $36 million.  Transportation and Maintenance Departments are under the business office umbrella.  The Transportation Supervisor and the Maintenance Supervisor are also shared positions with Whitehall Public Schools. 
   

• Special Education - The Special Education Director, along with three Special Education Supervisors and many dedicated staff, provide quality programming to meet the needs of students.
   

• Human Resources - The Human Resources Director works closely to ensure all State and Federal employment requirements are met.  The food service department falls under the responsibility of the Human Resources Director.
   

• Curriculum - The Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Staff Development coordinates the delivery of high quality curriculum for Reeths-Puffer students..  The Director of Assessments and State and Federal Programs is responsible for district curriculum assessments and all grants.
