R-P Girls Win OK Conference Title

The girls track team earned nine first-place finishes Saturday and captured the OK Black Conference Meet at Houseman Field in GR. 

Allix Miller led with four firsts, winning the 200 in 26.03, the 400 in 59.72, the long jump at 16-0 and the 100 dash in 13.08.

 Other winners were Olivia Howard with a time of 12:26.75 in the 3,200 run, Amber Jefferson in the shot put (31-51/2) and Kallie Acuna in the high jump at 4-8.  The Rockets' 800- and 1,600-relay teams also captured first-place finishes.
