Boys and Girls Summer Golf Camp

For students in grades 7 through 12. Monday's: June 23, June 30, July 14, July 21 and July 28 at Eagle Island Golf Course. $10 - One bucket of balls and 6-9 holes of golf. Contact Coach Abdelkader at 740-4104.

Girls - Conference Champions 2006

There were a lot of firsts for the girls golf team this fall. To begin, this was the first time the girls played golf for R-P in the fall. Since the Title IX ruling, girls golf was switched to the fall but the change didn't seem to phase the Lady Rocket Golf Team.

Second, they were the first R-P girls golf team to be ranked in the state by the High School Golf Association. They were ranked 6th in the state in Division II.

Third, R-P qualified a Lady Rocket for the State Finals for the first time ever. Ashley Arnoldi qualified as the first female from R-P to play in the State Finals.

The team earned three golfers to the All-Conference Team: Ashley Arnoldi, Taylor Scruba and Heather Runyan.
